What’s the best cleaning solution to use with the AquaPRO?
Keep it simple and effective! Mix about 3 drops of dish soap with 1 litre of water. For extra shine, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. This gentle, budget-friendly formula delivers sparkling results without harsh chemicals.
My AquaPRO pole won’t stay extended or tighten properly. What should I do?No worries—this is a common setup question! The AquaPRO pole works like a hiking or painter’s pole. Here’s how to secure it:
- Hold the pole upright and twist the yellow section clockwise (“righty-tighty”) to lock it in place.
- Avoid turning the blue center piece—it’s not part of the locking mechanism.
- If it’s not catching right away, give it a few full turns. Once it’s set, you’ll only need a partial twist to lock or unlock.
- If the pole is fully extended and won’t tighten, try shortening it slightly (about ½ inch) to expose the internal threading.
- Still stuck? Tap the end of the pole gently on the floor to help reset the internal mechanism—just like clicking a ballpoint pen.

Streaks usually mean there’s a bit of dirt or residue on the silicone blade. Here’s how to fix it:- Wipe the blade clean with soapy water and a microfibre cloth.
- When using the AquaPRO, apply light pressure and slightly bend the blade as you pull it down the surface. This helps maintain full contact and prevents squeaking or streaking.
With a little practice, you’ll be gliding through your cleaning routine like a pro!

How do I use and care for my CARBONTuff Cloths?Nearly any type of cleaning spray is recommended! Please note that cleaning products containing bleach may damage or discolour the cloths.Washing instructions:Washing these in the washer and dryer is fine; however, we do not recommend fabric softener as it can leave a residue that leaves film when cleaning in the cloth. We highly recommend hanging to dry for longevity and best results.
