Delivery Methods, Standards and Dates
Ocean Sales Ltd. uses USPS, FedEx and UPS in the USA. Signature verification of delivery may be required. Our service method will be USPS, FedEx or UPS ground in the USA, which will provide an estimated arrival of 5-12 business days (for most locations) from the date of shipment. Ocean Sales Ltd. endeavors to fulfill online orders within 2-4 business days of receipt.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to shipping within the Continental USA*, but does not include: Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or some remote military locations (these particular areas are calculated at checkout). Shipping will be processed as or USPS, UPS Standard in the USA. Free shipping automatically applies to purchases over USD$65 before tax. Parcels will be shipped, upon receipt of a complete paid order, within an estimated 2-4 business days. During peak times, when collaborating with Content Creators and similar, this time can be extended to approximately 5-12 business days due to high volumes of orders to process. We thank you for your patience during these periods of high-volume of orders fulfilled in a first come, first serve basis.
Return/Refund Policy
All Ocean Sales Ltd., products which have been purchased online have a 30-day risk free trial period. Within 30 days of purchase, product may be returned, with your receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. Purchasers shall incur the cost for shipping the item(s) to our office(s). Any concerns or questions regarding our products should be directed to our toll free line, 1-800-668-1966 or by emailing us.
For our TurmeriX line of products: We are confident that you will soon experience all the health benefits that TurmeriX offers. If, however, within 30 days of the purchase date you choose to return the product for a full refund, please ensure the following:
• Product is returned postage paid with at least 50% of the TurmeriX remaining in the opened tub.
• On multiple tub purchases - only one tub has been opened.
• Proof of purchase is included.
