What’s the best cleaning solution to use with the AquaPRO? Keep it simple and effective! Mix about 3 drops of dish soap with 1 litre of water. For extra shine, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. This gentle, budget-friendly formula delivers sparkling results without harsh chemicals.
My AquaPRO pole won’t stay extended or tighten properly. What should I do?
No worries—this is a common setup question! The AquaPRO pole works like a hiking or painter’s pole. Here’s how to secure it:
Hold the pole upright and twist theyellow section clockwise(“righty-tighty”) to lock it in place.
Avoid turning theblue center piece—it’s not part of the locking mechanism.
If it’s not catching right away, give it a few full turns. Once it’s set, you’ll only need a partial twist to lock or unlock.
If the pole is fully extended and won’t tighten, try shortening it slightly (about ½ inch) to expose the internal threading.
Still stuck? Tap the end of the pole gently on the floor to help reset the internal mechanism—just like clicking a ballpoint pen.

When using the AquaPRO, apply light pressure andslightly bend the bladeas you pull it down the surface. This helps maintain full contact and prevents squeaking or streaking.

How do I use and care for my CARBONTuff Cloths?
Nearly any type of cleaning spray is recommended! Please note that cleaning products containing bleach may damage or discolour the cloths.
Washing instructions:
Washing these in the washer and dryer is fine; however, we do not recommend fabric softener as it can leave a residue that leaves film when cleaning in the cloth. We highly recommend hanging to dry for longevity and best results.

Q: What surfaces can the AquaPRO Kit clean?
The AquaPRO is designed for windows, mirrors, shower glass, tiles, stainless steel, and even your car’s exterior. If it’s a smooth, flat surface and needs a streak-free shine, AquaPRO is made for it.
Q: How high can the extendable pole reach?
Fully extended, it gives most people an easy reach of about 10–12 feet, depending on your personal height. Perfect for tall windows, high shower walls, and awkward areas without the need for a ladder.
Q: Does it leave streaks?
Not when used correctly. Use the microfibre pad to wash, then squeegee with light, even pressure. The microfibre holds plenty of cleaning suds, and the squeegee removes it cleanly.
Q: Can I use my own cleaning solution?
Yes! Any glass or multi-surface cleaner works well. However, we recommend using a few shots of dish soap in a few litres of water. And for extra cleaning power, apply a bit of soap directly on your microfibre washer. A little vinegar is also a great addition to your solution.
Q: How do I wash the microfibre pads?
Just toss them in the washing machine with your regular laundry. Avoid fabric softener or bleach. Laying out or hanging to dry is best.
Q: My windows still look foggy, what am I doing wrong?
That usually means there’s leftover residue from previous cleaners. Do one “deep clean” pass with warm water + dish soap on the microfiber pad to break down buildup. After that, regular cleaning will be streak-free.
Q: Can this clean shower soap scum?
Yes. For tougher buildup, spray your shower wall with your favourite bathroom cleaner, let it sit for a minute, then use the microfibre pad to scrub, and then squeegee it away.
