This unit can only connect with one device at a time. Disconnect any other device and establish a connection to the current device as soon as the unit is turned on.

I bought this at vancouver PNE Aug/2024. I used only 4 days 10 min in a day and machine burned out. Suddenly out of control and hardly saved myself pulling wire our as remote didn't worked at all and screen was on but everything locked and shaked whole room like earth quake. I called same person and resolved within a week taking machine back and delivered new one.
Second time same thing happened 2 days ago, again out of control, remote stopped, very powerful speed to get injured very easily. I was using again only 5min in a day speed level 6. I really like this machine because I can see the difference, how my body toned. Only bothering , I have saved myself very hard this time to get off from machine. I pulled power plug out again as remote stopped and not able to get off from machine at that high level of shaking. you can't reduce the speed and can't use remote at all.
I am wondering why we are having same issue twice. What is the guarantee 3rd machine will work if they send. I was physically fit and saved myself otherwise 100% could hurt myself very badly.

I bought my board in mid July in Calgary. I use the board for 10 minutes in morning in a standing up position. In the evening I sit on board for 10 minutes and push down on board with my arms for various lengths of time. My body strength has improved and my feeling of well being physically continues to increase. I am sold on the current and future potential of this execise board. So easy to use while watching TV.

First no dust cover with product as mentioned at the PNE. And also the rubber mat was lifted in few places.
And I have been having back pain since using. Only used on level 3 for ten minutes for 2 days now.
May consider returning if pain persists. Sales lady didn’t say if you should not use due to pain.

I bought the MaxHealth EM313 at a Phoenix AZ Home Show in 2022. Because of health issues and an L4 back issue, I couldn't use it until now. I opened up yesterday and 1) there is no dust cover as mentioned repeatedly in the thin book and the website, and 2) where in the world is a workout book that tells you how to use it and what cautions there are starting? No CD, no DVD nothing. That doesn't seem like the sign of a quality company or health system if you just throw it out there and let us figure it out. It says consult your Doctor but I'm sure he has no clue either. What say you? Is there a dust cover and a book on how to properly use this machine?

I bought this at the Toronto Home Show. I just got home and did my first 10 min session. Wow my body has not moved like this in years. Best thing I bought in years. Let’s see what happens. Hoping for good things.
