This machine gives great massages! That’s not in dispute at all! Two things I’ve noticed, though:
1. The charge doesn’t last a super long time. I’d say maybe a few hours?
2. When the charge gets lower, the airbag function seems to not work, which is annoying.
I also wish the manual was a little more robust to include some additional troubleshooting items. Lastly, it would be great if this was on rollers or some alert of “slippery” material so you doesn’t have to pick it up to move it.
All of that said, I do love this massager and I’m glad I bought it at the Minnesota State Fair!

I want to start by saying that I am not unhappy with my purchase, and I am very thankful to Liz, the sales representative, who was kind, supportive, and explained the product very well.
However, I was told that the product would be shipped within 72 hours after purchase. It has now been over 8 days, and I just received an email saying that the shipping will be delayed even further. From the looks of it, it may take up to two weeks from the time of purchase, which is very disappointing and frustrating.
I urgently needed this product and that was the main reason I bought it at the trade show. Unfortunately, while I can’t comment on the quality of the product itself yet (because I haven’t received it), I am very dissatisfied with the shipping service. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I hope the company takes responsibility and improves this aspect of their service.

Tired at the Minnesota State Fair got a demo this foot massager and took one home. I had to work with it a little bit and figure it out but started getting amazing massages and results! It's hard to believe how good this machine is!!!

I convinced my husband to try this and he fell in love instantly. Now we wish we bought 2 of these. This is the best foot massager we both have ever tried. It’s so relaxing after a long day! My husband has plantar fasciitis and I wear heels all day and it does wonders for our feet. It’s so classy too since it doubles as an ottoman. Just waiting for the grey to come back in stock to buy a second one so we don’t have to fight over it anymore lol. I highly recommend this product!
