Hello, I bought a Steam mop plus on DEC 14 2021 from Costco Canada and it's still under warranty. I explained my problem at [****] and they told me to send us proof of purchase and we will send you a return label and send us back then we will check and if we fix it then we fix it otherwise we will send you a replacement. But until today no one sent me a return label. Now it looks like this customer has to suffer for more than a month without the product. In that case I am not happy with this product.

Smart Living Steam mop Plus
Had steam mop for less than 6 months. Tried to contact their customer service, and no response from anyone. Product is awful, motor failed after only using 4 times. Do not buy any products from this company. $200.00 later, all I have is a broken steam mop. Thank you Smart Living - I hope you have a few less customers!!!

Love my mop always worked great today when I plugged it in just making noise like it’s steaming but no steam comes out.seems like the steam parts are plugged any suggestions?
