I can't seem to get the Bluetooth to connect.This unit can only connect with one device at a time. Disconnect any other device and establish a connection to the current device as soon as the unit is turned on.
How long can I use this device?We suggest going slow to start off. Use for ten minutes at a time.

We recently purchased a MaxHealth. What is the maximum HZ at the various levels. I understand this board is 60HZ but what is the lowest HZ at setting #1? Is setting 5 then 30Hz? Thank you.
I purchased a Maxhealth Fitness Board at Holiday Boutique in Overland Park, Ks in November, 2023 and it did not come with a remote or power cord. I do not know who to contact to get a remote and power cord. Unable to use it until I get a remote and power cord. Feeling frustrated!
