2 year limited against manufacturer's defects.

  • The seal on my lid comes out in the dishwasher.
    The seal in the lid does come out for cleaning purposes. If food was trapped under the seal and it was not removable, there would be a potential for mold to build. We would suggest removing the seal prior to placing the lids into the dishwasher to ensure they are not lost or damaged. When replacing the seal, ensure the seal is inserted on its narrowest side.
  • My lids seem to be warping?
    Always use the top rack of the dishwasher, if you choose not to hand wash this product. This will prevent the lid from becoming too hot and changing shape. Even though Flat Stacks are dishwasher safe, like any item, hand washing provides product life longevity.

I had a lid break on one of my yellow rectangular boxes. I sent in an email asking to buy a new lid. They asked for photos of the product and 10 days later a new lid arrives no charge. The customer service of Oceansales is better than Nordstrom and I give Oceansales products 5 stars too.

Love these things!

I've had a set of these containers for several years - really like them. However, after all the abuse (probably microwave and dishwasher...) the lids started to warp. Even the trick of clamping the small end first, then the sides didn't work. Reached out to Flat Stacks - Charlene. Very happy to learn that they can send me a replacement set of lids - it's breathed new life into the product and will allow me to (hopefully) continue to use them for several more years to come.......
